Authentic Portuguese Villa with 2 bedrooms and swimming
pool in Montes de Alvor.
This authentic Portuguese villa with swimming pool and
BBQ, has a completely walled garden and is quietly situated.
The villa has a living room with Satellite TV receiving
Dutch TV and radio programs. Both bedrooms have each 2 single
beds. There are 2 bathrooms with one of these having a bath
and the other with a shower cabin.
There is a small good equipped kitchen with washing machine
and microwave oven. The covered terrace is provided with
a fast wooden dinette.
Montes de Alvor is situated at 2 km from the old fishing
village Alvor, west of Portimão. The beautiful 8
km long sandy beach is situated at 2 km from Vila Tina.
For golf loving people the golf links of Penina
and Alto
Golf are situated nearby.

• Clean towels and sheets will be provided once a week.
• Per person one large and one small towel, and one
kitchen- and tea-towel will be supplied.

Arrival at changing days from 14.00 h and departure
at changing days before 10.00 h.

| Reservation conditions |
|
After the reservation
has been agreed and the (pre)payment has proved to be o.k.,
you receive a confirmation of the booking. You also receive
a description of the route. |
| Payment conditions |
|
After the signing
of the renting agreement, the guarantee and 50% of the rent
should be paid. The remaining part of the rent should have
been paid 2 months before the beginning of the rental period. |
| Liability |
|
The tenant is responsible
for any damage to the house, inventory etc. All damage caused
during the stay will be charged to the tenant.
The tenant are not allowed to use the linen and towels for
other purposes then those for which are put available. Use
your own bath towels when visiting the beach or swimming pool. |
| Security |
|
At obtaining the
key of the villa a guarantee of € 200, = will be requested.
The guarantee will be paid back at returning the key. Should
at inspection be concluded that any damage has been caused
by the tenant and/or extra cleaning is necessary, then these
costs will be subtracted from the guarantee. |
Cancellation
by the
tenant |

• The cancellation
must be submitted in writing. It will only be accepted at
a hospital prerecording, death or serious sickness; in all
cases evidence will required.
• At cancellation 30% of the payment in advance will
not be paid back.
• As from 45 up to and including 30 days 50% will be
charged.
• As from 29 up to and including 14 days 80% will be
charged.
• From 14 days before departure 100% will be charged. |

The fastest way to go to the Algarve is by
aeroplane to FARO. You arrange your low-cost
flight to FARO simply via Internet. The easiest way
to go to Vila Tina is by taxi from Faro airport. To learn
the Algarve and other parts of Portugal better, we advise
you to rent
a car or a scooter. You can also rent a car at Faro
airport or locally. We advise you to make arrangements in
advance, e.g. using Internet. |
