Terms and conditions of advertising on the website of Vakantieappartementen Algarve.

1. Layout and copy of the website of Vakantieappartementen Algarve.

Every effort will be made to reproduce faithfully all advertisements submitted, but Vakantieappartementen Algarve cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage or otherwise resulting from errors or omission.

4. Liability.
Vakantieappartementen Algarve does not warrant that the operation of the Vakantieappartementen Algarve site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Vakantieappartementen Algarve shall in no event be liable to the advertiser for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages, including lost profile, however caused, on any theory of liability, including but not limited to product liability.

5. Copyright
Vakantieappartementen Algarve shall be entitled to reproduce part or whole of any photographic material supplied by the advertiser.

Vakantieappartementen Algarve claims copyright to the electronic images of the photographic material supplied by advertisers.

It is the advertiser's responsibility to obtain reproduction permission for all photographic and other material used in their advertisements. The advertiser warrants that he is the owner of the copyright in such material or is authorised by the owner thereof to grant to Vakantieappartementen Algarve the rights therein contained. The advertiser indemnifies Vakantieappartementen Algarve against any action brought for breach of copyright from the use of such material supplied by the advertiser.

Vakantieappartementen Algarve cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from material supplied by the advertisers.

6. Hypertext links
Vakantieappartementen Algarve reserves the right to refuse hypertext links to, or addresses of, other web sites from advertisers pages, and to remove links or web addresses without notice at our sole discretion.

Vakantieappartementen Algarve reserves the right to charge for hypertext links at any time.

7. Guest Books
Any entries in the guest book section must be genuine comments from guests who have stayed at the property advertised. The e-mail address of the guests whose comments are given must be supplied on request.

8. Substitution of properties.
An advertisement relates to a specific property. The property in an advertisement may not be substituted by another property.

9. Advertising more than one property on one advertisement.
Each advertisement on the site of Vakantieappartementen Algarve displays an individual property where people will spend their holidays - not examples of properties in a given area. Only one property can appear on each advertisement, unless it is a property with multiple rental units on the same site, and additional advertising units are purchased. Vakantieappartementen Algarve reserves the right to amend the copy or remove the advertisement, when more than one property is described in the advertisement.

10. Termination of advertising.
If advertisers wish to have their advertisement removed from the Internet before the end of their subscription period, this will be done, but no refunds will be paid.

Vakantieappartementen Algarve reserves the right to refuse any advertisement for the website of Vakantieappartementen Algarve, and will not be liable for any expense in so doing.

If an advertiser attempts to enter unsuitable material into the Vakantieappartementen Algarve on-line database, or persistently misuses the on-line systems, Vakantieappartementen Algarve reserves the right to download the property from the site of Vakantieappartementen Algarve. No refunds will be paid.

If Vakantieappartementen Algarve receives substantiated complaints from a person who has rented an advertisers property, or an advertiser knowingly double-books a property, or engages in any unacceptable practices then Vakantieappartementen Algarve reserves the right to download the property from the Vakantieappartementen Algarve web site without notice.

11. Payment.
Payment for advertising must be in euros by major credit and debit cards, or a cheque on a Dutch bank in euros.
