or city does not exist at vakantieappartementen.nl.
As soon as vakantieappartementen.nl receives an application
of a new holiday apartment, we will add it to the correct
region. If this region isn't yet available, we will create
it.
Can you download the photos from my Homepage?
When you have the copyrights of the photos, you can simply
provide us with the address of your Homepage together with
a short description and the indication which images we should
apply.
Can I manage a presentation, although I don't have Email?
You don't have an Email-address? We recommend joining one
of the many providers, like MSN, NETSCAPE, YAHOO, and many
others. They all offer free Email-addresses. You will obtain
a free Email-address and many other useful Services, like
sending SMS-messages, sending and receiving Fax, etc. Another
advantage is, that this Email-address always can be used
- equally which provider you decide to apply or, when you
decide to change to another provider. You can your mail
at YOUR_NAME@PROVIDER_NAME.EXT quite simply forward to your
E-mail at another provider, v.v. You can read and answer
you mail from all over the world using webmail at a computer
in an internet-café, etc.
When you don't have the possibility to connect to Internet,
please call us at: +31-(0)74-2672960. We accept your registration
and send you the forms to apply. As soon as your application
is online, there will appear an indication that you can
be contacted by telephone or Fax.
Is it possible to obtain a link in the presentation pointing
to my homepage?
Provide us with the URL (=Internet-address) of your Homepage,
the number of presentation respectively the name of the
object. We add the Link by return to the presentation. In
the contact address appears then a Link with the name of
"Your Homepage", which points to your Homepage.

How can I add images to the presentation?
A presentation at vakantieappartementen.nl comprises at
least one image of the outside view and a maximum of four
images for the complete presentation. We apply the following
scheme:

It is not necessary to provide digitized images. You may
send us normal photos or brochures by post. You may transmit
the images:

You should not have processed your electronic images
or photos! We process your images without any costs and
transform them to the correct format. We will scan photos
in paper format without extra costs! Do you want the photos
to be returned to you? Add a stamped envelope for return!
Is it possible, to present more holidayappartments
in one presentation?
The data of the presentation have been designed for a
single holiday apartment. It facilitates a fast load of
the presentation. When you want to present more then one
object in a presentation, you might consider to mention
these in the textual description. The fields for the division
(room, layout, persons), furnishing (inside end outside),
price and specialties, should consequently concern only
one holiday apartment.
Is it possible to replace an existing presentation
by another one for a different holiday-apartment?
No. Every presentation of a holiday apartment has its
own number and internet-address (e.g. http://www.vakantieapartementenalgarve.nl/home/7.shtml).
Visitors of www.vakantieappartementenalgarve.nl can recall
a presentation. That might happen because the address
has been stored somewhere in an Email or somewhere else.
When a visitor calls this address, he finds unexpectedly
another holiday object. This might cause confusion. Our

We consider a presentation as a good presentation of a holiday-apartment,
when:
- the presentation uses at least 3 images of high
quality,
- the text of the description is clearly and fluently
readible, without
- shortcuts, longwinded stories, CAPITALS or short
descriptions.
